Hiring the Main Band

The band can provide music suitable for many occasions from bandstands, carols and garden parties to concerts, services and evening music. If you have a suggestion for an event, would like to know if we can support your occasion, or want to tell us what you think then we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: We prefer to take bookings a few months in advance but are often able to adapt to just a few weeks notice. The band is especially busy over the summer months and at Christmas and as an amateur organisation, would not usually be available during the working week.

Payment

We play for the love of making music and brass banding and individuals do not receive payment. Our engagement fees pay for our sheet music, rehearsal facilities, instruments and uniform. We aim to cater for most budgets and strive to provide excellent value for money. An appropriate fee will be quoted once we have more information.
